Фінансова політика стимулювання інвестиційної діяльності в Україні

Abstract

В роботі розкрито сутність фінансової політики стимулювання інвестиційної діяльності. Досліджено теоретико-організаційне підґрунтя формування та реалізації фінансової політики стимулювання інвестиційної діяльності. Здійснено моніторинг фактичного стану формування фінансової політики стимулювання інвестиційної діяльності. Проаналізовано ефективність реалізації фінансової політики стимулювання інвестиційної діяльності з виявленням чинників впливу. Досліджено зарубіжний досвід формування і реалізації фінансової політики стимулювання інвестиційної діяльності та можливості його використання в Україні. Окреслено напрями вдосконалення фінансової політики стимулювання інвестиційної діяльності

The paper reveals the theoretical foundations of the functioning of local budgets and the stages of their formation. The social role of local budgets in the financial system of the state has been studied. The peculiarities of the formation of local budgets of Ukraine as a financial basis for the development of territories are revealed. The expenditure component of local budgets was analyzed in the context of ensuring social and economic development of territories. The factors of ensuring socio-economic development of territories in Ukraine have been identified. The foreign experience of ensuring the development of territories was studied and the possibilities of its implementation to Ukrainian realities were outlined. The key areas of development of local budgets in Ukraine in the context of ensuring the development of territories are indicated
