Економічно ефективний спосіб розподілу доходів населення в Україні

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – розподільчі процеси серед доходів населення України та зарубіжних країн. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти розподілу та перерозподілу доходів населення протягом різних періодів капіталізму. Проаналізовані погляди видатних та сучасних науковців на розподіл та перерозподіл доходів населення, історичні аспекти розподілу та практики перерозподілу доходів населення різних країн, а також України; визначено вплив державного втручання в економіку на нерівність доходів населення; охарактеризовано структуру доходів та податкових надходжень держави як основного інструменту перерозподілу доходів. Запропоновано посилити контроль та дотримання неухильної та доброчесної сплати суб’єктами податків, скоротити рівень корупції та частку економіки в тіні, а також збільшити частку податкових надходжень з прямих податків, тим самим посилити перерозподільчий інструмент держави.

Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study distribution processes among the incomes of the population in Ukraine and foreign countries. Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of the distribution and redistribution of the population's income during different periods of capitalism. The views of outstanding and modern scientists on the distribution and redistribution of population income, historical aspects of the distribution and practice of redistribution of incomes of the population in different countries, as well as in Ukraine are analyzed; the impact of government intervention in the economy on income inequality is defined; the structure of incomes and tax revenues of the state as the main instrument of income redistribution are characterized. There are proposed to strengthen control and compliance with consistent and honest payment of taxes by subjects, reduce the level of corruption and the share of the shadow economy, also to increase the share of tax revenues from direct taxes, thereby strengthening the redistributive instrument of the state.
