Територіальна політика царської Росії і радянської влади на Південному Кавказі на початку ХХ століття

Abstract

У статті досліджується деякі аспекти територіальної політики великих держав на Південному Кавказі, пріведщій до множинам конфліктів в цьому регіоні. Відзначається, що цілеспрямована політика русізаціі і християнізації регіону порушили баланс між народами в цьому регіоні. Підкреслюється, що з часу штучного утворення псевдодержавності елементів в регіоні чужих для корінного населення створила в сучасний період прецендент безкарності за окупації під заступництвом деяких геополітичних сил. На основі опрацювання документів, проведення аналізу та дослідження історичних джерел простежено формування ряду аспектів територіальної політики держав на Южному Кавказі, що свідчить про формування навмисного конфлікту в цих регіонах.

The article explores some aspects of the territorial policy of the great states in the South Caucasus, leading to many conflicts in this region. It is noted that the targeted policy of the Russification and the Christianization of the region upset the balance between the peoples in this region. It is emphasized that since the artificial formation of pseudo-state elements in the region, alien to the indigenous population has created in the modern period the precedent of impunity for occupation under the auspices of some geopolitical forces. On the basis of processing documents, conducting analysis and research of historical sources, the formation of a number of aspects of territorial policy of states in the South Caucasus was traced, indicating the formation of a deliberate conflict in these regions.
