Ринок штучного інтелекту в Україні та світі: аналіз поточної ситуації та перспективи розвитку

Abstract

Метою статті є аналіз динаміки та перспектив розвитку ринку штучного інтелекту (ШІ) як в Україні, так і на глобальному рівні. Відповідно до цієї мети було розглянуто кілька ключових аспектів проблеми, включаючи поточний стан ринку ШІ, його основні тенденції, інновації, виклики та можливості для розвитку. Для досягнення поставленої мети було використано комплексний підхід, що включає аналіз вторинних даних (наукові публікації, звіти, аналітичні дослідження), опитування експертів у галузі ШІ, а також економетричний аналіз даних ринку. Проведений аналіз показав надзвичайно позитивні очікування провідних економік від впровадження технологій ІШ у різні сфери життя та економіки загалом. Порівняльний аналіз показників середньорічних темпів зростання окремих секторів цифрової економіки підтвердив, що ринок ШІ за оцінками демонструватиме найвищу позитивну динаміку до 2030 року. Зокрема, порівнюючи з ринком програмного забезпечення, ринок ШІ демонструватиме позитивну динаміку з майже на 7% більшим значенням CAGR і у 3,5 рази більшим темпом середньорічного зростання ніж ринок консалтингу та навчання за аналогічний період. У контексті глобальних викликів проведено порівняльний аналіз ринку ШІ в Україні та окремих економіках світу. На фоні високих воєнно-політичних ризиків визначено абсолютну недостатність обсягів венчурних інвестицій для стійкого зростання ринку. Вказано на можливості розвитку стартапів у сфері defense tech, котрі використовують AI-рішення. Дослідження надає цілісне уявлення про ринок ШІ, включаючи його поточний стан, основні виклики та перспективи розвитку. Це дозволить бізнес-лідерам, науковцям і політикам краще розуміти динаміку розвитку ШІ та приймати обґрунтовані рішення для стимулювання інновацій та ефективного впровадження ШІ-технологій у різні сфери економіки.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the dynamics and prospects for the development of the artificial intelligence (AI) market both in Ukraine and at the global level. In line with this objective, several key aspects were examined, including the current state of the AI-market, major trends, innovations, challenges and opportunities for development. To achieve the set objectives, a comprehensive approach was used, which includes the analysis of secondary data (scientific publications, reports, analytical studies), surveys of experts in the field of AI, as well as econometric analysis of market data. The conducted analysis showed extremely positive expectations of the leading economies from the introduction of IS technologies in various spheres of life and the economy as a whole. A comparative analysis of indicators of the average annual growth rates of individual sectors of the digital economy confirmed that the AI-market is estimated to demonstrate the highest positive dynamics until 2030. In particular, compared to the software market, the AI-market will demonstrate positive dynamics with an almost 7% higher CAGR value and a 3.5 times higher average annual growth rate than the consulting and training market over the same period. In the context of global challenges, a comparative analysis of the AI-market in Ukraine and individual world economies was conducted. Against the background of high military and political risks, the absolute insufficiency of the volume of venture investments for sustainable market growth has been determined. The opportunities for the development of startups in the field of defense tech that use AI solutions are indicated. The study provides a holistic view of the AI-market, including its current state, key challenges, and growth prospects. This will allow business leaders, scientists and politicians to better understand the dynamics of AI development and make informed decisions to stimulate innovation and effective implementation of AI technologies in various areas of the economy.
