Економічний аналіз розвитку аграрного сектору економіки

Abstract

Мета статті полягає у дослідженні особливостей формування системи економічного аналізу в господарю ванні аграрного сектору економіки через призму завдань, функцій та принципів і в розробці загальної моделі формування цієї системи. У процесі проведення дослідження було застосовано методи системного аналізу та моделювання, які дали змогу комплексно розглянути особливості організації та функціонування системи економічного аналізу для визначення перспективних напрямів розвитку аграрного сектору економіки України. Проаналізовано макроекономічні аспекти ро звитку аграрного сектору економіки України. Визначено основні загрози для подальшого розвитку агробізнесу на сьо годні. Встановлено, що деталізація інструментарію економічного аналізу розвитку аграрного сектору надалі має бути спрямована на врахування особливостей видів діяльності, а саме диференціюватися в залежності від традиційного та органічного способів аграрного виробництва.

During the years of Ukraine's independence, the agricultural sector of Ukraine's economy acted as a leading industry in ensuring food security and a channel of foreign exchange earnings to replenish the balance of payments from the export of agricultural products, in particular grain and oil products. Therefore, the question of conducting an economic analysis of the agro-industrial sector to identify weak points for its further development is being updated. The purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of the formation of the system of economic analysis in the management of the agrarian sector of the economy through the prism of tasks, functions and principles and to develop a general model of the formation of this system. In the process of conducting the research, the methods of system analysis and modeling were applied, which made it possible to comprehensively consider the peculiarities of the organization and functioning of the economic analysis system to determine promising directions for the development of the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine. The macroeconomic aspects of the development of the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine are analyzed. The main threats to the further development of agribusiness today are identified, namely: the consequences of a full-scale invasion of the aggressor country on the functioning of agricultural enterprises, the weak level of infrastructure development, the lack of information about the change in the market environment and insufficient practical experience of functioning in a dynamic competitive environment, the imperfection of credit and investment mechanisms support. It was established that the detailed toolkit of economic analysis of the development of the agrarian sector in the future should be aimed at taking into account the peculiarities of the types of activities, namely, be differentiated depending on the traditional and organic methods of agricultural production.
