Фінансовий контроль як ефективний інструмент боротьби з корупцією в Україні

Abstract

Метою дослідження є розкриття теоретико-прикладних засад фінансового контролю як ефективного інструменту боротьби з корупцією в Україні, оцінка сучасних антикорупційних практик, визначення проблем, що заважають успішній реалізації контрольних заходів. Доведено, що для ефективної боротьби з корупцією в Україні необхідно реалізувати комплексний підхід у контрольній сфері, який включає підвищення правової обізнаності населення, забезпечення прозорості в діяльності державних органів контролю, а також тісну співпрацю між органами державного фінансового контролю, судовою системою та громадськістю.

The purpose of the study is to reveal the theoretical and applied principles of financial control as an effective tool for combating corruption in Ukraine, to assess modern anti-corruption practices, and to identify problems that hinder the successful implementation of control measures. It has been proven that for an effective fight against corruption in Ukraine, it is necessary to implement a comprehensive approach in the control sphere, which includes increasing the legal awareness of the population, ensuring transparency in the activities of state control bodies, as well as close cooperation between state financial control bodies, the judiciary, and the public.
