Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес управління капіталом підприємства та джерелами фінансування. Предмет дослідження – методичні засади та науково-практичні рекомендації щодо системи управління джерелами фінансування та структурою капіталу підприємств. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти сутності капіталу та його роль в забезпечені ефективної діяльності підприємства. Розглянуто поняття, сутність та класифікацію джерел фінансування підприємницької діяльності. З’ясовано методичні підходи до управління капіталом підприємства та його структурою. Проаналізовано фінансово-економічний стан підприємства ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад». Проаналізовано склад та структуру джерел формування капіталу ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад». Проведено оцінку ефективності форсування капіталу ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад». Запропоновано оптимізовану структуру капіталу ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад» відповідно до потреб підприємств. Надано рекомендації щодо джерел фінансування підприємства. Розраховано ефективність використання джерел фінансування капіталу підприємства за допомогою математичного моделювання. Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study the process of managing the company's capital and sources of financing. The subject of the study is methodological principles and scientific and practical recommendations regarding the system of managing sources of financing and the capital structure of enterprises. Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of the essence of capital and its role in ensuring the effective operation of the enterprise. The concept, essence and classification of sources of financing of entrepreneurial activity are considered. Methodological approaches to the management of the capital of the enterprise and its structure are clarified.The financial and economic condition of the enterprise LLC "Telekart-Prylad" is analyzed. The composition and structure of the sources of capital formation of LLC "Telekart-Prylad" are analyzed. The effectiveness of capital forcing of LLC "Telekart-Prylad" is assessed. The optimized capital structure of LLC "Telekart-Prylad" is proposed in accordance with the needs of enterprises. Recommendations are given regarding sources of financing of the enterprise. The efficiency of using sources of financing of the enterprise's capital is calculated using mathematical modeling.
