Система кризового управління підприємством в умовах воєнних ризиків

Abstract

Метою статті є формування єдиної системи управління підприємством під час війни шляхом інтеграції кризового менеджменту, управління ризиками та невизначеністю для забезпечення стійкості та ефективності бізнесу в умовах воєнних ризиків. Для досягнення поставленої мети були застосовані методи: аналізу та синтезу, табличний, графічний, аналогії та порівняння. У статті надано авторське бачення взаємозв’язку невизначеності й ризиків та їхньо го впливу на діяльність українських компаній під час війни. Сформовано авторське бачення «невизначеності», «управління ризиками» та «системи кризового менеджменту». Практична значимість дослідження полягає у формуванні алгоритму інтеграції системи управління ризиками, невизначеністю та кризовим менеджментом в єдину систему управління підприємством під час війни. The purpose of the article is the formation of a unified system of enterprise management during the war by integrating crisis management, risk and uncertainty management to ensure the stability and efficiency of business in the conditions of war risks. The relevance of the study of the crisis management system of the enterprise in the conditions of war risks for Ukraine during the war is extremely high. To achieve the goal, the methods of analysis and synthesis, tabular, graphic, analogies and comparisons were used. In general, the study of the crisis management system of the enterprise in the conditions of war risks is extremely relevant for Ukraine during the war. It helps enterprises not only to survive in difficult conditions, but also to find new opportunities for development and strengthening their position on the market. Uncertainty and risk are integral components of crisis management of any company. Successful business models know how to effectively manage risks using various methods of assessment and minimization, as well as be ready for uncertainty, developing flexibility and adaptability, which allows them not only to survive, but also to develop in conditions of constant change. The author's vision of the relationship between uncertainty and risks and their impact on the activities of Ukrainian companies during the war is formed in the article. The author's vision of "uncertainty", "risk management" and "crisis management system" was formed. The relationship between uncertainty, risk and crisis management is that uncertainty increases the level of risks, and effective crisis management helps to control these risks and reduce their impact on the company. In times of war, companies must be ready for rapid changes and have flexible strategies that allow them to adapt to new conditions. This includes not only the development of emergency plans, but also constant monitoring of the situation and readiness for operational action. The practical significance of the research lies in the formation of an algorithm for the integration of the system of risk management, uncertainty and crisis management into a single enterprise management system during wartime.
