Функціонування національних готельних мереж в Україні (на прикладі готелю «Ribas Duke» мережі Ribas Hotels Group)

Abstract

У роботі розкрито сутність, ознаки та особливості функціонування національних готельних мереж; розглянуто поширення міжнародних готельних мереж в Україні; проведено моніторинг сучасного розвитку національних готельних мереж в Україні. В аналітичній частині досліджено специфіку функціонування готеля «Ribas Duke» у складі мережі Ribas Hotels Group; проаналізовано номерний фонд та інфраструктуру сервісу готеля «Ribas Duke»; проведено аналіз формування готельного продукту готеля «Ribas Duke» на підставі відгуків гостей. Зроблено оцінку конкурентної позиції готеля «Ribas Duke» на ринку послуг мережевих готелів м. Одеси; розроблено комплекс заходів щодо вдосконалення функціонування готеля та економічно обґрунтовано окремі пропоновані заходи.

The work reveals the essence, features and peculiarities of functioning of national hotel chains; considers the spread of international hotel chains in Ukraine; monitors the current development of national hotel chains in Ukraine. The analytical part examines the specifics of the functioning of the «Ribas Duke» hotel as part of the Ribas Hotels Group network; analyzes the room stock and service infrastructure of the «Ribas Duke» hotel; analyzes the formation of the hotel product of the «Ribas Duke» hotel based on guest reviews. The competitive position of the Ribas Duke hotel in the market of chain hotels in Odessa was assessed; a set of measures to improve the functioning of the hotel was developed and individual proposed measures were economically justified.
