Предметом даної кваліфікаційної роботи є аналіз потреб споживачів та модель купівельної поведінки споживачів на ринку органічної продукції споживання. Об'єкт випускної роботи – діяльність підприємства, що пропонує товари органічного походження на ринку Одеси.
В першому розділі розглянуто концептуальні засади поведінки споживачів; в другому аналітичному розділі роботи викладено результати дослідження поведінки споживачів ТОВ «Гетьман Одеса»; в третьому практичному розділі відображено пропозиції щодо розробки стратегії позиціонування ТОВ «Гетьман Одеса».
Thesis consists of three chapters. The subject of this diploma is analysis of consumer needs and model of consumer buying behavior in the market of organic consumer products. The object of the thesis is activity of the enterprise offering the goods of an organic market of Odessa.
In the first chapter, I rooted the conceptual principles of consumer behavior; analytical chapter included the results of research of behavior of consumers of LLC Hetman Odessa; in the third practical chapter proposals for developing a positioning strategy for Hetman Odessa LLC are displayed.
