Професійне навчання на підприємстві та шляхи його покращення

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти системи професійного навчання персоналу, що використовуються компанією «СИРНЕ КОРОЛІВСТВО» (ТОВ «АЙТІБІ-КОНСАЛТИНГ»). Розкрито основні проблеми та сучасні умови організації системи професійного навчання персоналу підприємства. Також, виявлено наукові підходи щодо вдосконалення системи професійного навчання працівників. Проаналізовано ефективність персоналу організації, виробничі показники та результати роботи кожного співробітника компанії «СИРНЕ КОРОЛІВСТВО» (ТОВ «АЙТІБІ-КОНСАЛТИНГ»). Запропоновано вдосконалити програму щодо підвищення кваліфікації персоналу та ефективне фінансування всіх видів навчання персоналу в належній кількості.

The work deals with the theoretical aspects of the system of vocational training of the personnel, which are used by the company CHEESE KINGDOM LLC (ITIBI-CONSULTING LLC). Revealed the main problems and current conditions of the organization of the system of vocational training of the company's staff. Also revealed scientific approaches to improve the system of vocational training of employees. Author analysis the efficiency of the organization's personnel, production indicators and the results of the work of each employee of the company CHEESE KINGDOM LLC (ITIBI-CONSULTING LLC). It is necessary to enhance the program to improve the qualification of the staff and efficient financing of all types of training of the staff in the required quantity.
