Надано загальну характеристику діяльності клінічного санаторію ім. Пирогова, проаналізовано організацію надання послуг у клінічному санаторію ім. Пирогова, оцінено якість послуг у клінічному санаторію ім. Пирогова. Запропоновано методи залучення персоналу санаторію ім. Пирогова до процесів підвищення якості та оцінки санаторно-медичних послуг, запропоновано впровадити сервісну концепцію як фактор удосконалення надання послуг у клінічному санаторії ім. Пирогова.
