Випускна кваліфікаційна робота складається із двох розділів. Вона присвячена дослідженню стратегій впливу на економічні рішення споживачів, що має важливе значення для розуміння та практичного використання маркетингових інструментів. У першому розділі роботи було проведено теоретичний аналіз літератури з даної теми, досліджено історію розвитку теорії проблеми впливу на економічні рішення споживача, а також розглянуто сучасні теоретичні підходи до вивчення даної проблеми. Досліджено психологічні аспекти даної проблеми та наведено огляд психологічних методик, які використовуються для її дослідження.
У другому розділі було проведено емпіричне дослідження стратегій впливу на економічні рішення споживачів. Для цього було використано методику збору та аналізу даних, описано вибірку використовуваних інструментів та оцінено достовірність дослідження. Було проведено аналіз даних, виявлені залежності та патерни у поведінці споживачів під впливом на них певних стратегій, та подані ключові результати та їх інтерпретація. Дослідження порівняно з попередніми дослідженнями у цій галузі, та дано рекомендації щодо практичного використання отриманих результатів у маркетинговій практиці.
У висновках роботи зроблено підсумки з проведеного дослідження, визначено його теоретичну та практичну значимість та надано рекомендації для подальшого дослідження даної проблеми. Випускна робота складається зі вступу , двох розділів , загальних висновків, списку використаної літератури та додатків. Загальний об’єм роботи – 55 сторінок, робота проілюстрована 2 малюнками та 1 таблицею.
The final qualifying work consists of two sections.
The work is devoted to the research of influencing strategies on the economic decisions of consumers, which is important for the understanding and practical use of marketing tools. In the first section of the work, a theoretical analysis of the literature on this topic was carried out, the history of the development of the theory
of the problem of influence on the economic decisions of the consumer was investigated, and modern theoretical approaches to the study of this problem were also considered. The psychological aspects of this problem are studied and an overview of the psychological methods used for its research is given.
In the second section an empirical study of strategies for influencing consumers' economic decisions was conducted. For this, the methodology of data collection and analysis was used, a selection of used tools was described, and the reliability of the study was assessed. Data analysis was conducted, dependencies and patterns in consumer behavior under the influence of certain strategies were identified, and key results and their interpretation were presented. The study is compared with previous studies in this field, and recommendations are given for the practical use of the obtained results in marketing practice.
In the conclusions of the work, the results of the conducted research are made, its theoretical and practical significance is determined, and recommendations for further research of this problem are provided. The thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, general conclusions, a list of used literature and appendices. The total volume of the work is 55 pages, the work is illustrated with 2 figures and 1 table
