Розвиток вольових якостей, що впливають на успішність навчання в закладах вищої освіти

Abstract

Випускна кваліфікаційна робота складається із двох розділів. У роботі розглядається розвиток вольових якостей, що впливають на успішність навчання в закладах вищої освіти. Розглянуто як вольові якості впливають на навчання, основні чинники, які впливають на рівень прояву вольових якостей, визначено ступінь вольових якостей студентів. Предметом дослідження є розвиток вольових якостей, що впливають на успішність навчання в закладах вищої освіти. Проаналізовано сучасні погляди на тему волі у психології. В результаті емпіричного дослідження на першому етапі визначено, що рівень розвитку вольових якостей студентів недостатній, і потрібна робота над його формуванням. У наступному етапі було простежено, що студенти, які займалися за новою методикою, мають значно кращі досягнення як у навчанні, так і в особистому житті. Найвищий бал заробили 59 студентів, середній був у 37 студентів, а низький бал був у 24 студентів. У процесі роботи використовувалися методи науково-педагогічних досліджень, адекватні завданням: теоретичні: історико-теоретичний аналіз психолого-педагогічних джерел; емпіричні: педагогічне спостереження, анкетування, педагогічний експеримент, узагальнення даних, що дали змогу дослідити реальний стан проблеми.

The final qualifying work consists of two sections. The work examines the development of willpower that affects the success of studies in institutions of higher education. It was considered here how willpower affects learning, the main factors that affect the level of manifestation of willpower, and how the degree of willpower of students is determined. The subject of the study is the development of willpower that affects the success of studies in higher education institutions. Modern views on the topic of will in psychology are analyzed. As a result of the empirical research at the first stage, it was determined that the level of development of willpower of students is insufficient, and work on its formation is needed. In the next stage, it can be seen that the students who studied according to the new methodology have significantly better achievements both in their studies and in their personal life. 59 students earned the highest score, 37 students scored the average, and 24 students scored the lowest score. In the process of work, the methods of scientific and pedagogical research, adequate to the task, were used: theoretical: historical and theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical sources; empirical: pedagogical observation, questionnaire, pedagogical experiment, generalization of data that made it possible to investigate the real state of the problem.
