У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти управління витратами підприємства, а також практичне застосування отриманих результатів в процесі розробки комплексу рекомендацій з управління витратам сучасного підприємства.
Проаналізовано 1) фінансовий стан ДП «Служба місцевих автомобільних доріг»; 2) фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства; 3) здійснено структурно-динамічний аналіз операційних витрат на підприємстві.
Запропоновано основні напрямки вдосконалення системи управління витратами на ДП «Служба місцевих автомобільних доріг», зокрема для зниження собівартості ремонтних робіт запропоновано використовувати технологію «холодного асфальту». Економічна ефективність запропонованих заходів підтверджена відповідними розрахунками збільшення рентабельності ремонтних робіт з 12,1% до 15,2%.
The paper considers the theoretical aspects of enterprise cost management, as well as the practical application of the results obtained in the process of developing a set of recommendations for managing the costs of a modern enterprise.
The article analyzes 1) the financial condition of the State Enterprise "Local Road Service"; 2) financial and economic activities of the enterprise; 3) a structural and dynamic analysis of operating expenses at the enterprise.
The main directions of improvement of the cost management system at the SE "Local Road Service" are proposed, in particular, to reduce the cost of repair work, it is proposed to use the technology of "cold asphalt". The economic efficiency of the proposed measures is confirmed by the relevant calculations of the increase in the profitability of repair work from 12,1% to 15,2%.
