Трансформації на ринку праці під впливом цифровізації економіки

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються структурні та секторальні зміни, що відбуваються сьогодні як в національній, так і світовій економічній системі під впливом глобалізаційних та технологічних процесів, які стали основною причиною фундаментальних трансформацій світового ринку праці. Проаналізовано нові технологічні процеси, використання нової техніки, роботизація ряду бізнес-процесів, запровадження технологій блокчейну та розвиток нейромереж, технологій штучного інтелекту, які призводять до змін у структурі та характері зайнятості, умовах праці, організаційних формах суспільно-трудових відносин, способах оплати та потребують притоку нової кваліфікованої робочої сили. Визначено, що результатом впровадження нових технологій на ринку праці є швидка зміна умов праці та запровадження можливості дистанційної роботи – такої форми її організації, коли відповідно до трудового договору вона може виконуватися віддалено за допомогою засобів інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій за межами приміщення власника або уповноваженого ним органу. Доведено, що структурні зміни, які відбуваються на ринку праці, потребують працівників все більш висококваліфікованих та мобільних, тобто таких, які гнучко реагують на запити ринку. Запропоновано декілька сценаріїв розвитку ринку праці у майбутньому під впливом цифровізації економіки, що підкріплені статистичними даними задля наглядного прогнозування.

The work examines structural and sectoral changes taking place today both in the national and world economic systems under the influence of globalization and technological processes, which have become the main cause of fundamental transformations of the global labor market. New technological processes, the use of new technology, the robotization of a number of business processes, the introduction of blockchain technologies and the development of neural networks, artificial intelligence technologies, which lead to changes in the structure and nature of employment, working conditions, organizational forms of social and labor relations, methods of payment and require inflow of new qualified labor force. It was determined that the result of the introduction of new technologies on the labor market is a rapid change in working conditions and the introduction of the possibility of remote work - such a form of its organization, when, according to the employment contract, it can be performed remotely using information and communication technologies outside the premises of the owner or a body authorized by him. It has been proven that the structural changes taking place in the labor market require workers who are increasingly highly qualified and mobile, that is, those who flexibly respond to market demands. Several scenarios of the development of the labor market in the future under the influence of digitalization of the economy are proposed, which are supported by statistical data for visual forecasting.
