Економічне обґрунтування проєкту започаткування власної справи з виробництва меблів

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади започаткування власного бізнесу у виробничій сфері; розглянуто загальну концепцію відкриття виробництва меблів з дерев’яних піддонів; досліджуються нормативно-правове регулювання підприємницької діяльності в Україні у даній сфері, обґрунтовується вибір організаційно-правової форми бізнесу та системи оподаткування. Проаналізовано конкурентне середовище на ринку меблів та визначені внутрішні конкурентні переваги нового меблевого виробництва, де в якості матеріалу використовують піддони з натуральної деревини. Сформовано стартові та поточні витрати за проектом. Визначено доходи та прибуток від реалізації меблів, розраховано показники ефективності проєкту, охарактеризовані можливі ризики та сформульовано шляхи їхньої мінімізації.

The work deals with the theoretical principles of starting business in the production sphere; the general concept of opening the production of furniture from wooden pallets has been considered; the regulatory and legal regulation of business activity in Ukraine in this area has been studied, the choice of the organizational and legal form of business and the taxation system has been substantiated. The competitive environment in the furniture market has been analyzed and the internal competitive advantages of the new furniture production are determined, where wooden pallets as a material were used. Initial and current costs for the project have been formed. Revenues and profits from the sale of furniture have been determined, project performance indicators have been calculated, possible risks have been characterized, and ways of their minimization have been formulated.
