У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи маркетингових досліджень, визначено сутність маркетингових досліджень, розглянуті функції, принципи та етапи маркетингових досліджень. Проаналізовано проведення маркетингових досліджень у сфері послуг.
Здійснено опис загальної характеристики ФМЕ та ОНЕУ, досліджено основні показники диинаміки та контингенту студентів ФМЕ, досліджено комплекс маркетингу та особливості маркетингового середовища. Проаналізовано рівень конкурентоспроможності університету.
Запропоновано такі рекомендації: впровадження політики залучення практикуючих фахівців, створення професійних гуртків, відновлення роботи кадрового агентства та поліпшення системи Moodle. Було розраховано економічний та соціальні ефекти наведених рекомендацій
The paper examines the theoretical foundations of marketing research, defines the essence of marketing research, considers the functions, principles and stages of marketing research. Marketing research in the service sector is analyzed.
A description of the general characteristics of FME and ONEU was carried out, the main indicators of the dynamics and contingent of FME students were investigated, the marketing complex and the peculiarities of the marketing environment were investigated. The level of competitiveness of the university was analyzed.
The following recommendations are offered: implementation of the policy of attracting practicing specialists, creation of professional circles, resumption of work of the recruitment agency and improvement of the Moodle system.
