Кваліфікаційна робота складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження –
особливості процесу формування стратегії підприємств рекламно-поліграфічної галузі.
У роботі розглядаються теоретичні та практичні аспекти, пов'язані із визначенням
факторів, які сприяють підвищенню конкурентоспроможності рекламно-поліграфічних
підприємств в умовах економічної нестабільності. Узагальнено особливості макро- та
мікроекономічного функціонування підприємств рекламно-поліграфічної галузі на
прикладі досвіду ПП «КИВИН», рекомендовано пріоритетні інструменти підвищення
конкурентоспроможності рекламно-поліграфічних підприємств в умовах війни та
повоєнного відновлення.
Проаналізовано сучасний стан підприємств рекламно-поліграфічної галузі України
та розглянуто інноваційну діяльність як стратегічний пріоритет підприємств цієї галузі.
Визначено основні стратегічні напрями інноваційного розвитку рекламної поліграфії,
надані пропозиції щодо забезпечення інноваційності та підвищення
конкурентоспроможності підприємств рекламно-поліграфічної галузі.
The thesis consists of three chapters. The object of the research is the peculiarities of the
strategy formation process of enterprises in the advertising and printing industry.
The paper examines theoretical and practical aspects related to the determination of factors
that contribute to increasing the competitiveness of advertising and printing enterprises in
conditions of economic instability. The peculiarities of the macro- and microeconomic functioning
of advertising and printing enterprises are summarized on the example of the experience of PE
«KIVIN», priority tools for increasing the competitiveness of advertising and printing enterprises
in the conditions of war and post-war recovery are recommended.
The current state of enterprises in the advertising and printing industry of Ukraine was
analyzed and innovative activity was considered as a strategic priority of enterprises in this
industry. The main strategic directions of the innovative development of advertising printing have
been determined, proposals have been made to ensure innovation and increase the competitiveness
of enterprises in the advertising and printing industry.
