Кваліфікаційна робота складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – господарська діяльність Державної установи «Інститут очних хвороб і тканинної терапії ім. В. П. Філатова НАМН України» у напрямку управління витратами.
У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти сутності, змісту, класифікації, основних функцій, етапів процесу управління та планування витрат на підприємстві. Розглянуто загальну характеристику та основні показники Інституту, проаналізовано витрати на надання послуг в закладі, проведено факторний аналіз витрат на надання послуг в установі. Запропоновано шляхи удосконалення управління витратами на надання послуг в Інституті
Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study is the economic activity of the State Institution «The Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy of the NAMS of Ukraine» in the direction of cost management.
Thesis deals with theoretical aspects of the essence, content, classification, main functions, stages of the management process and cost planning at the enterprise. The general characteristics and main indicators of the Institute were considered, the costs of providing services in the institution were analyzed, and a factor analysis of the costs of providing services in the institution was carried out. Ways of improving the management of costs for the provision of services at the Institute are proposed.
