Випускна кваліфікаційна робота складається з двох розділів. У роботі розглянуто поняття самотності та її взаємозв'язок з рівнем тривожності у людей, проаналізовано основні теоретичні підходи до розуміння самотності та тривожності, розглянуто їх вплив на психічне становище особистості.
Проведено емпіричне дослідження, в якому визначено взаємозв'язок між самотністю та тривожністю у конкретних групах осіб, а також зафіксовано отримані результати та надано рекомендації щодо підвищення рівня психологічного комфорту у цих осіб.
The graduation thesis consists of two sections. The work examines the concept of loneliness and its relationship with the level of anxiety in people, analyzes the main theoretical approaches to understanding loneliness and anxiety, and notes their influence on the mental state of the individual. An empirical study was conducted, which determined the relationship between loneliness and anxiety in specific groups of people, as well as recorded the results and provided recommendations for increasing the level of psychological comfort in these people.
