Економічне обґрунтування створення кафе «Ласунка»

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади започаткування власної справи в Україні в сфері ресторанного бізнесу: наведено характеристику бізнес-ідеї започаткування власної справи у сфері послуг; розглянуто умови організації та здійснення підприємницької діяльності в Україні у сфері ресторанного господарства; обґрунтовано вибір організаційно-правової форми підприємницької діяльності та системи оподаткування. Проаналізовано конкурентне середовище на ринку ресторанних послуг міста Одеси; оцінено внутрішні конкурентні переваги підприємства; сформовано витрати на створення та функціонування кафе. Спрогнозовано прибуток від реалізації проєкту кафе «Ласунка»; розраховано показники економічної ефективності для проєкту кафе; проаналізовано можливості ризиків та заходи щодо їх мінімізації.

The paper examines the theoretical principles of starting one's own business in Ukraine in the field of restaurant business: the characteristics of the business idea of starting one's own business in the service sector are given; considered the conditions of organization and implementation of business activities in Ukraine in the field of restaurant business; the choice of the organizational and legal form of entrepreneurial activity and the taxation system is substantiated. The competitive environment in the market of restaurant services in the city of Odessa was analyzed; internal competitive advantages of the enterprise were assessed; expenses for the creation and operation of the cafe have been formed. The profit from the implementation of the "Lasunka" cafe project is predicted; indicators of economic efficiency for the cafe project were calculated; the possibilities of risks and measures to minimize them are analyzed.
