Abstract:
The article considers the problems of development of the enterprises of sanatorium-resort complex and human resource management at them, which gives the opportunity to see the stages, at which the crisis phenomena can be observed, and their impact in the post-crisis period on functioning of these enterprises. The shortcomings of the formation of the effective mechanism of the human resource management of the enterprises of sanatorium-resort complex were analyzed taking into consideration the anti-crisis measures, and the system of effective management of human resources of the enterprises of sanatorium-resort complex was proposed.
