Українська освіта в умовах цифрової трансформації суспільства: вибір стратегії розвитку

Abstract

Досліджується вплив інформаційних і комунікаційних технологій на соціокультурні процеси. Показані потенційні загрози руйнування традиційної антропоцентричної моделі освіти для вітчизняної економіки та суспільства в цілому. Аналізуються стратегії розвитку освіти та їх можливі соціокультурні наслідки. Наголошується, що у виборі освітньої стратегії країною важливе значення відіграють культурні особливості, приналежність до культурно-історичного регіону. Робиться висновок, що саме антропоцентрична модель освіти, як ціннісно забарвлені та систематизовані уявлення про світ здатні істотно обмежити негативний вплив інформативних технологій на людину,уникнути деградації та відчуження її сутності, зберегти її суб’єктність у взаємодіях зі світом.Influence of information and communication technologies on socio-cultural processes is investigated. Potential threats of destruction of traditional anthropocentric model of education for the national economy and society as a whole are shown. Educational development strategies and their possible sociocultural implications are analyzed. It is emphasized that cultural characteristics belonging to the cultural and historical region play an important role in the choice of educational strategy. It is concluded that it is the anthropocentric model of education, as value-colored and systematic perceptions of the world, that can significantly limit the negative impact of information technology on a person, avoid degradation and alienation of its essence, preserve its subjectivity in interactions with the world.
