Обґрунтування перспектив розвитку олійно-жирової галузі на макрорівні

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти олійно-жирової галузі та її розвиток в Україні. Досліджено законодавчо-нормативне забезпечення галузі. Проаналізовано сучасний стан олійно-жирової галузі України. Проведено оцінку стану розвитку галузі в світі та роль України в світовому просторі. Виявлено перспективи України як експортера олійно-жирових виробів. Визначено проблеми та обґрунтовано шляхи підвищення ефективності функціонування олійно-жирової галузі в Україні. Спрогнозовано розвиток олійно-жирової галузі України.The work considers the theoretical aspects of an oil and fat industry and its development in Ukraine. Legislative and regulatory basics of the industry has been studied. The current condition of an oil and fat industry in Ukraine has been analyzed. An assessment of the form of development of the industry in the world and the role of Ukraine in the world. Perspectives of Ukraine as an exporter of an oil and fat products are revealed. Problems and ways to increase the efficiency of the oil and fat industry in Ukraine have been identified and substantiated. The development of an oil and fat industry of Ukraine is forecasted.
