Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади управління конкурентоспроможністю послуг підприємства. Проаналізовано фінансово-господарську діяльність та аналіз макросередовища функціонування ТОВ «Міжнародний аеропорт Одеса» Запропоновано метод імітаційного моделювання та рекомендації, щодо удосконалення управління конкурентоспроможністю послугами у діяльності підприємства ТОВ «Міжнародний аеропорт Одеса».The theoretical bases of managing the competitiveness of the enterprise services are considered in the work.
