Розвиток інститутів громадянського суспільства в Україні в умовах європейської інтеграції

Abstract

Мета дослідження полягає у всебічному аналізі взаємозв'язку між розвитком інститутів громадянського суспільства та процесами європейської інтеграції в Україні. Це передбачає формування цілісного уявлення про сучасний стан інститутів громадянського суспільства, виявлення ключових проблем, що перешкоджають їхньому розвитку, та визначення перспектив їхнього подальшого зміцнення для забезпечення успішної євроінтеграційної траєкторії країни. У статті використано комплексний підхід, що включає аналіз наукових публікацій, законодавчих актів та стратегічних документів, а також узагальнення досвіду країн Центральної та Східної Європи. Застосовано методи порівняльного аналізу, систематизації та класифікації для виявлення ключових тенденцій та закономірностей у розвитку громадянського суспільства в контексті євроінтеграційних процесів. Проведено аналіз еволюції концепції громадянського суспільства, визначено основні європейські стандарти участі громадянського суспільства в управлінні та охарактеризовано вплив європейської інтеграції на розвиток громадянського суспільства в країнах Центральної та Східної Європи. Здійснено огляд основних типів інститутів громадянського суспільства в Україні, зроблено оцінку рівня їхньої активності та впливу на суспільні процеси, а також проаналізовано законодавче та інституційне середовище, що регулює їхню діяльність. Визначено ключові проблеми, що стримують розвиток інститутів громадянського суспільства в Україні в контексті євроінтеграції, та окреслено перспективи їхнього подальшого зміцнення. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для розробки ефективних стратегій державної політики, спрямованих на підтримку та розвиток громадянського суспільства в Україні в умовах європейської інтеграції. Сформульовані рекомендації сприятимуть створенню сприятливих умов для діяльності інститутів громадянського суспільства, підвищенню їхньої ролі у процесах прийняття рішень та зміцненню їхньої співпраці з органами державної влади. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the development of civil society institutions and the processes of European integration in Ukraine. This involves the formation of a holistic view of the current state of civil society institutions, identifying key problems that hinder their development, and determining the prospects for their further strengthening to ensure the successful European integration trajectory of the country.The article uses a comprehensive approach that includes the analysis of scientific publications, legislative acts and strategic documents, as well as the generalization of the experience of Central and Eastern European countries. Methods of comparative analysis, systematization and classification areapplied to identify key trends and patterns in the development of civil society in the context of European integration processes. An analysis of the evolution of the concept of civil society is carried out, the main European standards of civil society participation in governance are defined, and the impact of European integration on the development of civil society in Central and Eastern European countries is characterized. An overview of the main types of civil society institutions in Ukraine is provided, the level of their activity and impact on social processes is assessed, and the legislative and institutional environment governing their activities is analyzed. The key problems hindering the development of civil society institutions in Ukraine in the context of European integration are identified, and the prospects for their further strengthening are outlined.The scientific novelty of the study lies in the comprehensive analysis of the complex and multifaceted relationship between the development of civil society institutions and the processes of European integration in Ukraine. The study provides a holistic view of this interaction, taking into account both the positive impact of European integration and the challenges and obstacles that hinder the full development of civil society in Ukraine. The article also identifies key trends and patterns in the evolution of civil society institutions under the influence of European integration, which contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamics of this process. The results of the study can be used to develop effective strategies of state policy aimed at supporting and developing civil society in Ukraine in the context of European integration. The formulated recommendations will contribute to the creation of favorable conditions for the activities of civil society institutions, enhancing their role in decision-making processes and strengthening their cooperation with public authorities. The findings of the article can also be useful for international organizations and European institutions involved in supporting democratic development and European integration in Ukraine.
