Удосконалення системи управління персоналом підприємства

Abstract

У роботі розкрито теоретичні основи сутності процесу управління персоналом. В другому розділі проаналізовано діяльність підприємства ВАТ «Станконормаль» та його сучасні тенденції розвитку. Проведено дослідження ефективності існуючої на підприємстві системи стимулювання праці, та визначено ряд загроз, таких як дефіцит робочої сили та відсутність інноваційного розвитку в організації. В третьому розділі обґрунтовано вдосконалення системи управління персоналом.The diploma deals with the theoretical foundations of the essence of the process of personnel management are revealed in the paper. The second section analyzes the activity of OJSC "Stankornmal" enterprise and its current development trends. The study of the effectiveness of the incentive system existing at the enterprise has been carried out, and a number of threats have been identified, such as the shortage of labor force, and that new ideas are not being introduced into the organization. The third substantiates the improvement of the personnel management system and proposes a series of proposals and a schedule of measures that will improve management.
