Формування комунікативної стратегії торгового підприємства

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти до вивчення поняття «комунікація», визначено особливості та конкретизовано етапи формування комунікативної стратегії підприємства. Проаналізовано ринок канцтоварів України, визначено основні його тенденції. Сформовано рекомендації щодо формування комунікативної стратегії МПП «Прометей», розроблено заходи з реалізації комунікативної стратегії підприємства.

The theoretical aspects to the study of the concept of "communication" are considered in the work, the peculiarities and the stages of forming the communicative strategy of the enterprise are specified. The stationery market of Ukraine was analyzed, its main tendencies are determined. Recommendations on the development of the communication strategy of the SPE «Prometey» were formed and the measures for the implementation of the communication strategy of the enterprise.
