Сучасні виклики у фінансуванні соціального захисту населення

Abstract

У тезах розкрито сучасні виклики у фінансуванні соціального захисту населення України. Доведено, що держава не в змозі виконати покладені на неї зобов’язання, розмір державної соціальної допомоги, державного соціального забезпечення низький. Проакцентовано, що наявність середнього класу вимагає змін у функціонуванні системи соціального захисту населення, зокрема, необхідним є розвиток накопичувального рівня пенсійної системи, розширення обсягів недержавного пенсійного забезпечення, запровадження обов’язкового медичного страхування.

Theses outline contemporary challenges in financing social protection for the Ukrainian population. It is proved that the state is not able to fulfill its obligations, the amount of state social assistance, state social security is low. It is emphasized that the presence of the middle class requires changes in the functioning of the social protection system of the population, in particular, the development of the cumulative level of the pension system, the expansion of the volume of non-state pension insurance, the introduction of compulsory health insurance.
