Фінансові ресурси держави: стан та шляхи нарощення

Abstract

В роботі розкрито економічну сутність та місце фінансових ресурсів держави і досліджено методи формування та джерела наповнення фінансових ресурсів держави. Здійснено моніторинг формування бюджетних ресурсів. Проаналізовано тенденції формування фінансових ресурсів централізованих соціальних фондів та виявлено і систематизовано проблемні аспекти функціонування фінансових ресурсів держави. Досліджено зарубіжний досвід формування фінансових ресурсів держави і можливість його адаптації до українських реалій. Сформовано резерви нарощування фінансових ресурсів держави в умовах безпекових та фінансово- економічних ризиків. The work examines the economic essence of the location of the state's financial resources and explores methods for forming a source of replenishment of the state's financial resources. Monitoring of the formation of budgetary resources was carried out. Trends in the formation of financial resources of centralized social funds were analyzed and problematic aspects of the functioning of state financial resources were identified and systematized. Foreign experience in the formation of state financial resources and the possibility of its adaptation to Ukrainian realities were studied. Reserves for increasing state financial resources in conditions of security and financial and economic risks were formed.
