Abstract

Розкрито особливості та стадії запровадження електронних послуг в Україні. Проведено аналіз поточного стану розвитку системи надання електронних послуг. Окреслено проблеми та перспективи впровадження в країні системи електронних послуг як способу організації взаємодії державної влади зі споживачами управлінських послуг за допомогою інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій.The features and stages of the introduction of electronic services in Ukraine are disclosed. The analysis of the current state of development of the system for the provision of electronic services. The problems and prospects of introducing the electronic services system in the country as a way of organizing the interaction of the government with consumers of management services using information and computer technologies are identified.
