У роботі розглядаються теоретичні, методологічні та практичні питання управління,стимулювання і мотивації оплати праці персоналу на прикладі приватного готельного підприємства «Aлaрус люкс»; Проаналізовані та оцінені основні фінансово-економічні показники діяльності готелю «Aлaрус люкс»; .
