Стан та перспективи залучення іноземних інвестицій в галузь аквакультури Одеської області

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єктом дослідження є залучення іноземних інвестицій в галузь аквакультури Одеської області. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти залучення іноземних інвестицій в галузі блакитної економіки. Розглянуто особливості інвестування в галузі блакитної економіки, механізми залучення іноземних інвестицій в галузь аквакультури та методи оцінки інвестиційної привабливості. Проаналізовано сучасний стан іноземного інвестування галузі аквакультури Одеської області. Проведено SWOT-аналіз галузі аквакультури в аспекті залучення іноземних інвестицій, визначено пріоритетні напрями залучення іноземних інвестицій в галузь аквакультури та проведено оцінку інвестиційної привабливості галузі аквакультури Одеської області. Запропоновано шляхи залучення іноземних інвестицій в галузь аквакультури Одеської області через залучення міжнародних інвестиційних фондів, впровадження еко-індустріальних парків для залучення екологоорієнтованих іноземних інвестицій в галузь аквакультури.

The master's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the study is the attraction of foreign investments in the aquaculture industry of the Odesa region. This work examines the theoretical aspects of attracting foreign investment in the field of the blue economy. The peculiarities of investing in the field of the blue economy, the mechanisms of attracting foreign investments in the aquaculture industry, and the methods of assessing investment attractiveness are considered. The current state of foreign investment in the aquaculture industry of Odesa region is analyzed. A SWOT analysis of the aquaculture industry in the aspect of attracting foreign investment was carried out, the priority areas of attracting foreign investment in the aquaculture industry were determined, and an assessment of the investment attractiveness of the aquaculture industry of the Odesa region was carried out. Ways of attracting foreign investments in the aquaculture industry of the Odesa region through the involvement of international investment funds, the introduction of eco-industrial parks to attract ecologically oriented foreign investments in the aquaculture industry are proposed
