Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – фінансова діяльність підприємства ТОВ “Телекомунікаційні технології. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти процесів бюджетування та фінансового планування на підприємстві, їх принципи та функції

Проаналізовано фінансовий стан компанії ТОВ “Телекомунікаційні технології”, стан процесу бюджетування на підприємстві, положення компанії на ринку. Запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності роботи компанії та процесів бюджетування в ній.

Проанализировано финансовое состояние компании ООО “Телекоммуникационные технологии”, состояние процесса бюджетирования на предприятии, положение компании на рынке. Предложены пути повышения эффективности работы компании и процессов бюджетирования в ней.

Qualifying work on obtaining a master's degree in the specialty «Finance, Banking and Insurance» under the master's program « Financial and insurance management». – Odessa National Economics University. – Odessa, 2018. Thesis consists of three chapters. The object of the study are the processes of managing the assets of the bank, the subject - a set of relations arising in the process of managing the assets of the bank. In-depth studies were carried out on the basis of the activities of PJSC KB "Privatbank". The purpose of the thesis is to study the mechanism of asset management of the bank and determine the directions of its improvement. Methods of research: general scientific methods and empirical methods, namely: analysis and synthesis, abstraction; induction, deduction, generalization, dialectic, monographic, mathematical-statistical, table and graphic methods. In this paper, the essence and purpose, the main stages of formation of the policy of asset management of the bank are determined. The analysis of the financial activity of the bank was carried out and the position of the bank in the financial services market was determined. The features of bank assets management and their quality are investigated. Proposals for improvement of asset management of PJSC CB "PrivatBank" are made.
