Особливості накопичення духовного капіталу в умовах цифровізації економіки та глобальної турбулентності

Abstract

Метою дослідження є визначення особливостей накопичення духовного капіталу в умовах цифровізації економіки та глобальної турбулентності, а також виявлення взаємозв'язків між духовно-ціннісними засадами підприємницької діяльності та стійкістю соціально-економічних систем в умовах наростаючої невизначеності. Методика дослідження базується на поєднанні методів системного аналізу, порівняльно-інституційного підходу, концептуального синтезу та аналізу первинних даних. Результати дослідження виявили, що духовний капітал є специфічним ресурсом відтворення, що не вичерпується у процесі використання, а зростає через практики осмислення, рефлексії та міжособистісної взаємодії. Практична значущість дослідження полягає у розробці концептуальної моделі накопичення духовного капіталу підприємця та системи індикаторів його оцінювання. The research aims to identify the specific features of spiritual capital accumulation in the context of economic digitalization and global turbulence, as well as to reveal the relationships between the spiritual and value-based foundations of entrepreneurial activity and the resilience of socio-economic systems under conditions of growing uncertainty. The research methodology is based on a combination of systemic analysis, comparative-institutional approach, conceptual synthesis, and analysis of primary data obtained through field research of the entrepreneurial environment. The research results revealed that spiritual capital is a specific reproductive resource that is not exhausted in the process of use but grows through practices of reflection, sense-making, and interpersonal interaction. It is proved that under conditions of global turbulence, spiritual capital functions as an antifragile buffer: entrepreneurs and organizations with developed spiritual and value-based foundations demonstrate higher adaptability, lower burnout rates, and more sustainable long-term business relationships. It is shown that digitalization has an ambivalent impact on the accumulation of spiritual capital: while expanding access to value communities and sense-making practices, it simultaneously generates risks of atomization, "digital narcissism", and the substitution of genuine spiritual work with imitative digital formats. The practical significance of the research lies in the development of a conceptual model of entrepreneurial spiritual capital accumulation and a system of indicators for its assessment, suitable for application in business education, mentoring, and consulting.
