Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти ризик менеджменту на підприємстві. Розглянуто сутність, цілі та функції ризик-менеджменту, підходи до формування системи та роль і місце ризик-менеджменту на підприємстві. Проаналізовано фінансовий стан підприємства, оцінено фактори, що впивають на фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства Nissan Motor Co., Ltd, проаналізовано наявну систему ризик-менеджменту Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення наявної системи ризик-менеджменту Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study are risk management process of risk system at enterprise. Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of of risk management at the enterprise are considered in the work. The essence, goals and functions of risk management, approaches to system formation, and the role and place of risk management in the enterprise are considered. The financial condition of the enterprise was analyzed, the factors influencing the financial and economic activity of the enterprise Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. were evaluated, the existing risk management system of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. was analyzed.
