Економічне обґрунтування проєкту створення лазні

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади започаткування власної справи в Україні на ринку надання лазневих послуг: розглянуто бізнес-ідею започаткування власної справи; досліджується нормативно-правове регулювання підприємницької діяльності в Україні у даній сфері, обґрунтовується організаційно-правову форму системи оподаткування майбутнього бізнесу. Проаналізовано конкурентне середовище на ринку надання лазневих послуг та визначені внутрішні конкурентні переваги створюваного бізнесу. Запропоновано проєкт створення лазні. Сформовано стартовий капітал на реалізацію проєкту, розраховані поточні витрати та спрогнозовано прибуток від реалізації послуг лазні. Здійснено економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації проекту, охарактеризовані можливі ризики реалізації проєкту та шляхи їх мінімізації.The paper considers the theoretical principles of starting your own business in Ukraine in the market of bath services: the business idea of starting your own business; the normative-legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine in this sphere is studied, the organizational-legal form of the system of taxation of future business is substantiated. The competitive environment in the market of bath services is analyzed and the internal competitive advantages of the created business are determined. The project of creation of a bath is offered. The start-up capital for the project implementation has been formed, current costs have been calculated and the profit from the sale of bath services has been forecasted. The economic substantiation of expediency of realization of the project is carried out, the possible risks of realization of the project and ways of their minimization are characterized.
