Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – процес підвищення конкурентоспроможності та визначення впливу зовнішнього середовища на ефективність управління рестораном. Предметом дослідження є науково-практичні питання підвищення конкурентоспроможності ресторану на прикладі ресторану «Люстдорф». Метою роботи є розробка заходів та пропозицій щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності ресторану «Люстдорф». У роботі проаналізовано загальні поняття та сутність конкурентоспроможності та управління ресторанним бізнесом. Аналізується стан господарсько-економічної діяльності ресторану «Люстдорф». Оцінюється ефективність позиції розширення асортименту пива у ресторані. За результатами дослідження сформульована доцільність впровадження наведених заходів. Проаналізована її ефективність, враховуючи прибуток за витрати на впровадження заходів.The qualifying work consists an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, list of sources used. The subject of the study is the scientific and practical questions of increasing the competitiveness of the restaurant on the example of the restaurant "Lustdorf". The aim of the work is to develop measures and proposals to improve the competitiveness of the restaurant "Lustdorf". The article analyzes the general concepts and essence of competitiveness and management of restaurant business. The state of economic and economic activity of the restaurant "Lustdorf" is analyzed. Evaluated the position of the expansion of the range of beer in the restaurant. The results of the study formulated the feasibility of the implementation of the above measures. It analyzes its efficiency, taking into account the profit for the costs of implementing measures.
