Дослідження процесу глобалізації готельного бізнесу

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто: поняття та особливості процесу глобалізації на міжнародному туристичному ринку, а також виявлено основні тенденції розвитку міжнародного готельного бізнесу, що впливають на розвиток готельного господарства у окремих країнах. Надано оцінку середовища готельного господарства Європи та проведено аналіз стану міжнародних готельних мереж в Україні. Запропоновано концептуальне наповнення моделі розвитку готельного бізнесу України. Надані інноваційний рішення для активізації розвитку готельного бізнесу України в умовах глобалізації на прикладі мережі «Premier».

The work considers the concepts and features of the process of globalization in the international tourism market, as well as identifies the main trends in the development of international hotel business that affect the development of the hotel industry in individual countries. An assessment of the European hotel environment and an analysis of the state of international hotel chains in Ukraine were made. The conceptual filling of the model of development of hotel business of Ukraine is offered. Innovative solutions have been provided to intensify the development of the hotel business of Ukraine in the context of globalization on the example of the Premier network.
