Концепція євроменеджменту як складова міжнародної інтеграції України

Abstract

Сучасна організація знаходиться під впливом динамічних змін зовнішнього середовища, породжених прогресом у новітніх технологіях та їхньою конвергенцією; глобалізацією бізнесу; міжнародною інтеграцією України та витікаючою з цього трансформацією способів управління підприємствами, що й визначає актуальність теми монографії. У монографії запропоновано результати дослідження теоретичних аспектів розвитку концепції євроменеджменту, а також розглянуто практичні підходи щодо впровадження основних принципів євроменеджменту в практику діяльності сучасних українських організацій. Авторами сформовано технології реалізації стратегії розвитку підприємства на засадах концепції євроменеджменту, проаналізовані методологічні підходи щодо оцінки економічної безпеки підприємства, формування інформаційного забезпечення управлінських рішень, управління нематеріальними ресурсами, трансформації корпоративної культури та делегування повноважень і відповідальності в системі євроменеджменту. Досліджено еволюцію концептуальних підходів щодо формування цінностей в європейській моделі менеджменту. Рекомендовано для фахівців з питань управління сучасними підприємствами, викладачів, аспірантів, магістрантів і студентів економічних спеціальностей вищих навчальних закладів.

The modern organization is under the influence of dynamic changes the environment generated by progress in new technologies and their convergence; globalization of business; international integration of Ukraine and the resulting transformation of ways of managing enterprises, which determines the relevance of the monograph. The monograph offers the results of research of theoretical aspects of the development of the concept of Euromanagement, as well as practical approaches to the implementation of the basic principles of Euromanagement in the practice of modern Ukrainian organizations. The authors have formed technologies for implementing the development strategy enterprises on the basis of the concept of Euromanagement, methodological approaches to assessing the economic security of the enterprise, the formation of information support of management decisions, management of intangible resources, transformation of corporate culture and delegation of powers and responsibilities in the Euromanagement system. The evolution of conceptual approaches to the formation of values in the European model of management is studied. Recommended for modern management professionals enterprises, teachers, graduate students, undergraduates and students of economic specialties of higher educational institutions.
