Abstract

Розглянуто актуальність проблеми моніторингу продуктивності праці в економіці, особливо на тлі подій, спричинених розповсюдженням вірусу Covid-19 Визначено, що менеджмент продуктивності праці персоналу на підприємстві повинен відбуватися з орієнтацією на гуманізацію процесу праці та зростання соціальної відповідальності керівництва вітчизняних підприємств.The urgency of the problem of monitoring labor productivity in the economy, especially against the background of events caused by the spread of the Covid-19 virus. It is determined that the management of labor productivity of personnel at the enterprise should be with a focus on the humanization of the labor process and the growth of social responsibility of the management of domestic enterprises.
