Abstract

Розглянута соціально-економічна сутність стимулювання праці працівників. З’ясовані основні види стимулювання праці працівників підприємства. Охарактеризовані методи оцінки ефективності стимулювання праці працівників підприємства. Проведений аналіз трудового потенціалу підприємства, а також аналіз системи стимулювання праці працівників підприємства. Здійснена оцінка рівня задоволеності працівниками підприємства системою стимулювання праці. На науковому рівні обґрунтувані можливості використання зарубіжного досвіду стимулювання праці персоналу на підприємстві. Розроблені конкретні рекомендації щодо оптимізації системи стимулювання праці працівників підприємства. Визначена ефективність розроблених заходів щодо підвищення ефективності стимулювання праці працівників підприємства.

The socio-economic essence of stimulating the work of employees is considered. The main types of incentives for employees of the enterprise are clarified. Methods for assessing the effectiveness of incentives for employees of the enterprise are described. The analysis of labor potential of the enterprise, and also the analysis of system of stimulation of work of employees of the enterprise is carried out. An assessment of the level of satisfaction of employees with the system of labor incentives. At the scientific level, the possibilities of using foreign experience in stimulating the work of staff at the enterprise are substantiated. Specific recommendations for optimizing the system of incentives for employees of the enterprise have been developed. The efficiency of the developed measures on increase of efficiency of stimulation of work of employees of the enterprise is defined.
