Шляхи підвищення ефективності надання міжнародних страхових послуг підприємством (на прикладі ПрАТ «ГРАВЕ ГРУП»)

Abstract

Проаналізовано зовнішньоекономічну діяльність ПрАТ «ГРАВЕ ГРУП», здійснено факторний і кореляційно-регресійний аналіз впливу чинників, що сприяють та заважають здійсненню діяльності з надання послуг міжнародного страхування. Розраховано рентабельність підприємства та проведено аналіз факторів впливаючих на діяльність підприємства. Запропоновано напрямки підвищення ефективності надання міжнародних страхових послуг підприємства, запропоновано розвинути страхування міжнародних вантажоперевезень, оптимізація структури страхового портфелю і проведено бенчмаркінг з прямим конкуренто страхової компанії.

The foreign economic activity of PJSC "GRAVE GROUP" is analyzed, the factor and correlation-regression analysis of the influence of the factors promoting and interfering with the activity of providing international insurance services is carried out. The profitability of the enterprise is calculated and the analysis of the factors influencing activity of the enterprise is carried out. The directions of increase of efficiency of rendering of the international insurance services of the enterprise are offered, it is offered to develop insurance of the international cargo transportations, optimization of structure of an insurance portfolio and the benchmarking with the direct competitor of the insurance company is carried out.
