| Abstract: | The analysis of the contemporary state of joint venture investment institutions in the conditions of the transition of the state to the model of innovative development is made in an article. A character and the problems of a development of joint venture investment institutions in the Ukraine are detected. Directions of the development of the scientific acts that stimulate a progress of a venture investment in the Ukraine are formulated. У статі проведений аналіз сучасного стану венчурних інститутів спільного інвестування в умовах переходу держави на модель інноваційного розвитку. Визначений характер та проблеми розвитку венчурних інститутів спільного інвестування в Україні. Сформульовані напрямки розробки законодавчих актів, стимулюючих розвиток венчурного інвестування в Україні. В статье проведен анализ современного состояния венчурных институтов совместного инвестирования в условиях перехода государства на модель инновационного развития. Выявлен характер и проблемы развития венчурных институтов совместного инвестирования в Украине. Сформулированы направления разработки законодательных актов, стимулирующих развитие венчурного инвестирования в Украине. |
