Мова йде про об’єкт, ставку, пільги, які розглядаються як вбудовані детермінанти фіскального та регулюючого потенціалу ПДФО. Виявлені проблемні питання та шляхи їх вирішення A study was conducted in the aspect of identifying a group of factors that are directly included in the mechanism of taxation of personal income tax. We are talking about the object, the rate, benefits, which are considered as built-in determinants of the fiscal and regulatory potential of the personal income tax.
