Ризики в управлінні інтелектуальним капіталом підприємства

Abstract

Метою статті є аналіз проблем та ризиків управління інтелектуальним капіталом вітчизняних підприємств. У статті наведені підходи науковців до визначення поняття «інтелектуальний капітал підприємства» та надано власне визначення. Досліджено рівень інноваційної активності вітчизняних промислових підприємств за 2016-2020 рр. Проаналізовано надходження заявок на об’єкти промислової власності та виявлено негативну тенденцію до сповільнення інноваційної активності вітчизняних підприємств та виникнення ризику зниження ефективності використання інтелектуального капіталу на підприємствах. Дослідження показало наявність ризику зменшення кількості кваліфікованих кадрів та загрозу для формування та використання людського капіталу на вітчизняних підприємствах. Аналіз джерел та структури витрат на фінансування інноваційної діяльності підприємств в Україні за досліджуваний період показав високий рівень ризику обмеженості джерел фінансування. Практична значимість даної роботи полягає у виділені типових ризиків, притаманних більшості вітчизняних промислових підприємств в процесах формування та управління інтелектуальним капіталом.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the problems and risks of intellectual capital management of domestic enterprises. Results of the article. The article presents the approaches of scientists to the definition of "intellectual capital of the enterprise" and provides its own definition of this category. The level of innovative activity of domestic industrial enterprises for 2016-2020 is studied. The receipt of applications for industrial property objects (inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks) was analyzed and a negative tendency to slow down the innovation activity of domestic enterprises and the risk of reducing the efficiency of intellectual capital in enterprises was revealed. There is a decrease in the number of inventions and utility models as a result of intellectual activity of enterprises. The intellectual activity of the personnel of the enterprises is analyzed. The study showed the risk of reducing the number of qualified personnel and the threat to the formation and use of human capital in domestic enterprises. The study of innovation costs revealed a negative trend towards a significant reduction in total costs. The analysis of sources and structure of expenses for financing of innovative activity of the enterprises in Ukraine for the investigated period has shown, that for a long time own means of the enterprises are the basic source of financing. There is a tendency to increase the level of risk of limited sources of funding for intellectual capital management processes. The practical significance of this work lies in the selection of typical risks inherent in most domestic industrial enterprises in the processes of formation and management of intellectual capital.
