Платоспроможнiсть пiдприємства та формування системи її забезпечення

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процеси формування системи забезпечення платоспроможності суб’єкта господарювання ТОВ «Віннер-Одеса». У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади платоспроможності підприємства та системи її забезпечення. Досліджено економічну сутність поняття «платоспроможність підприємства». Визначено методичні підходи до її оцінки. Розглянуто концепції управління платоспроможності підприємства та системи її забезпечення. Проаналізовано платоспроможність та оцінку вартості підприємства на прикладі компанії ТОВ «Віннер-Одеса», охарактеризовано фінансовий стан компанії, оцінена вартість ТОВ «ВіннерОдеса» за допомогою дохідного підходу. Проведена оцінка системи забезпечення платоспроможності ТОВ «Віннер-Одеса». Складено пропозиції щодо підвищення платоспроможності підприємства ТОВ «ВіннерОдеса», розроблені основні рекомендації з удосконалення системи забезпечення платоспроможності підприємства ТОВ «Віннер-Одеса».

The bachelor's thesis consists of three sections. The object of research - the processes of formation of the system of ensuring the solvency of the business entity LLC "Winner-Odesa". The paper considers the theoretical foundations of the solvency of the enterprise and its support system. The economic essence of the concept of "enterprise solvency" is studied. Methodical approaches to its estimation are defined. The concepts of solvency management of the enterprise and its support system are considered. The solvency and valuation of the company are analyzed on the example of Winner-Odesa LLC: the financial condition of the company is characterized, the value of Winner-Odesa LLC is estimated using the income approach. An assessment of the solvency system of Winner-Odesa LLC was conducted. Proposals have been made to increase the solvency of the enterprise LLC "Winner-Odesa", the main recommendations for improving the system of ensuring the solvency of the enterprise LLC "Winner-Odesa" have been developed

Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study – processes of ensuring the financial stability of the commercial bank JSC "Privatbank". Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of assessing the stability of a commercial bank. Analyzed the financial stability of the joint-stock company of the commercial bank "Privatbank". Recommendations for increasing the level of financial stability of a commercial bank are offered.
