Організаційно-методичні засади формування депозитних ресурсів банками України

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи депозитних ресурсів та методів їх формування. Сформульовані організаційно-правові засади формування депозитних ресурсів банками України. Охарактеризовано законодавче регулювання процесів формування депозитних ресурсів банками України. Проаналізовані чинники процесів формування депозитних ресурсів банків України. Визначені тенденції розвитку процесів формування депозитних ресурсів у сучасних умовах. Проведений аналіз депозитних продуктів окремих українських банків та визначений взаємозв’язок між депозитною ставкою та рівнем достатності власного капіталу банків. Обґрунтовані напрями вдосконалення формування депозитних ресурсів банками України. Оцінено зарубіжний досвід формування депозитних ресурсів банками за окремими показниками. Обґрунтовані шляхи активізації формування ресурсної бази банків за рахунок заощаджень населення в України.

The paper considers the theoretical foundations of deposit resources and methods of their formation. Organizational and legal bases of formation of deposit resources by banks of Ukraine are formulated. Legislative regulation of the processes of formation of deposit resources by banks of Ukraine is characterized. Factors of processes of formation of deposit resources of banks of Ukraine are analyzed. The tendencies of development of processes of formation of deposit resources in modern conditions are defined. An analysis of deposit products of individual Ukrainian banks was conducted and the relationship between the deposit rate and the level of capital adequacy of banks was determined. The directions of improvement of formation of deposit resources by banks of Ukraine are substantiated. The foreign experience of banks' formation of deposit resources was assessed according to certain indicators. Ways to intensify the formation of the resource base of banks through the savings of the population in Ukraine are substantiated.
