Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти інноваційної діяльності підприємства та її фінансове забезпечення. Розкрито економічну сутність понять «інновація» та «інноваційна діяльність», визначено структуру фінансового забезпечення інноваційної діяльності підприємства та розглянуто методологічні основи оцінки інноваційної діяльності. Проаналізовано організацію інноваційної діяльності та її фінансове забезпечення на прикладі «Kernel Holding S.A». Охарактеризовано фінансовий стан компанії, оцінку інноваційної складової та її вплив на конкурентоспроможність та фінансовий стан компанії. Досліджено стан фінансового забезпечення інноваційної діяльності «Kernel Holding S.A.». Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення фінансового забезпечення інноваційної діяльності. Визначено пріоритетні напрямки вдосконалення фінансового забезпечення інновацій, обґрунтовано план заходів щодо подолання проблем управління інноваційним розвитком та надано рекомендації щодо підтримки інноваційної діяльності підприємства «Kernel Holding S.A.».Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of innovative activity of the enterprise and its financial support. The economic essence of the concepts "innovation" and "innovative activity" is revealed, the structure of financial support for the innovative activity of the enterprise is determined, and the methodological bases for evaluating the innovative activity are considered. The organization of innovative activity and its financial support were analyzed using the example of "Kernel Holding S.A." The financial condition of the company, the assessment of the innovative component and its impact on the competitiveness and financial condition of the company are characterized. The state of financial support of the innovative activity of "Kernel Holding S.A." is studied. Ways to improve the financial support of innovative activities are proposed. The priority directions for improving the financial support of innovations were determined, the plan of measures to overcome the problems of managing innovative development was substantiated, and recommendations were made to support the innovative activities of the enterprise "Kernel Holding S.A.".
